Sonja and Erling are free forever. A subscription opens all the other toys on devices signed in to your account. Your games, mascot buttons and stats stay when it ends.
Price and payment
- Monthly: EUR 2.99; NOK 29; GBP 2.49; USD 2.99.
- Yearly: EUR 29.90; NOK 290; GBP 24.90; USD 29.90.
Prices include VAT. Checkout shows your currency and any discount. Codes may also give free access for a set time.
Loftet is made by Sjakkpass AS. Card payments and receipts go through Link, Stripe's payment service. If you pay with Vipps, Sjakkpass AS handles the sale and emails your receipt. Payment terms are shown at checkout.
Renewal and cancellation
Your subscription renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. We email a receipt for each payment and a reminder before a yearly renewal.
Cancel any time on the For parents page. The toys stay open until your paid period ends, with no further charge.
We email you before a price change takes effect, so you can cancel before paying the new price.
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw within 14 days of buying. At checkout, you ask for access to start immediately.
For card payments, if the same card was used to withdraw in the past 12 months, we deduct the cost of days already used. Otherwise, we refund the full amount. Vipps payments are refunded in full.
We refund your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal.
To withdraw, use "Withdraw from the subscription here" on the For parents page and confirm, or tell us by email or letter. You may use the form below.

Problems and complaints
If Loftet does not work as promised, contact support@sjakkpass.com. Your rights under consumer law apply. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the consumer body in your country.
